Capgemini Belgium seeks an Industrial Project Manager to oversee complex defense sector projects across Belgian sites. You will coordinate stakeholders, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with security and confidentiality standards.

The role requires an engineering qualification and at least five years of experience in industrial projects, with fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus. Travel across Wallonia and Flanders is expected, and a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in project management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex industrial projects, preferably in defense/aerospace/rail/energy.
• Proficient with MS Project and Excel; experience with collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites in Wallonia and Flanders.
• Fluent French and English; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to commissioning, ensuring security and compliance.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-Functional teams across technical, quality, production, logistics, security and IT.
• Produce steering files, reports and minutes for IPM counterparts.
• Validate installations, supervise operations and manage project risks.
