Capgemini Belgium is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to coordinate defense sector projects across Liege region and multiple sites in Belgium with anticipated business travel. You will lead the project lifecycle, drive schedules, ensure security/compliance, and coordinate diverse stakeholders.

You will manage cross-functional teams, produce steering files, and maintain field presence to validate installations while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex industrial projects, preferably in defense, aerospace, rail, or energy.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to commissioning, ensuring security, confidentiality and compliance.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive project schedules with Gantt charts, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams and conduct regular follow-ups with technical, quality, production, logistics, security and IT departments.
• Produce detailed steering files, reports and minutes while collaborating with IPM counterparts.
• Maintain field presence to validate installations, supervise operations and manage project risks.
