Job summary
Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Management Lead for the Courcelles distribution center to own program controls and delivery for two warehouse-automation initiatives exceeding €10M. You’ll coordinate budgets, schedules, risks, and supplier actions while guiding governance through commissioning and handover.
You’ll partner with Engineering, Operations, Validation, EHS, IT, site stakeholders, OEMs, and system integrators to drive decisions and ensure on-time delivery, with on-site
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in project or program management across engineering, automation, capital equipment, distribution, manufacturing, or facilities.
- Direct leadership of warehouse-automation projects above €10M.
- Fluent English; French is strongly preferred for the Courcelles site.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong MS Project/Planisware knowledge.
- Experience with Waterfall or stage-gate delivery; Agile techniques where useful.
Responsibilities
- Own project controls for 2 strategic programs, including the consolidated plan, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery reporting.
- Run the project operating rhythm with weekly reviews, monthly cost reviews, RAID/logs, and status updates.
- Coordinate financial tracking with Finance and Procurement—POs, actuals, commitments, accruals, invoices, forecasts, and variance explanations.
- Develop analyses on cost, efficiency, productivity, capacity, and schedule to support business cases and decisions.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Validation, IT/ JJ T, and suppliers; drive actions to completion.
- Prepare steering packs, decision packs, handover records, lessons learned, and project close-out materials.
