Amaris Consulting is seeking a Production Manager for our Courcelles site to drive all mechanical and electrical production activities. You’ll lead a ~120-strong workforce across 10 team leaders, ensuring targets are met in quality, safety and cost while fostering continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Planning, optimising processes and deploying Lean initiatives to enhance productivity and lead times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing industrial production in mechanical/electrical environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience leading large teams (minimum 80 employees).
• Experience in multicultural industrial environments and quality/performance management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production management across mechanical and electrical workshops.
• Organise, schedule and supervise production activities to meet targets.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality, safety, cost and lead times.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions.
• Lead and develop front-line managers and production teams.
• Optimize resources, layout, material and information flows.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
