Job summary

Altia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technically complex projects, primarily for the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal Information System and related EU chemicals sectors. The role involves coordinating international teams and stakeholders in a European environment, with remote work and occasional on-site presence in Brussels.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree or equivalent, 15+ years in IT and project management, strong PM²/PM methodologies, Agile experience, and fluency

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or EQF Level 7) or equivalent
• 15+ years IT/digital transformation experience
• 15+ years as a Project Manager
• 5+ years using PM methodologies (PM², etc.)
• 5+ years in Agile environments
• 10+ years in international environments
• 10+ years using requirements-management tools (Jira, GitLab)
• 10+ years in IT/digital transformation projects
• Excellent spoken and written English and French (C2)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control projects: scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risks.
• Coordinate project team and review deliverables.
• Liaise with Business Manager, business users and stakeholders.
• Prepare project plans, quality plans, estimates, status reports and communication plans.
• Monitor costs, timelines, resources and deviations.
• Support business architecture and technology rationalisation initiatives.
