ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS in Brussels seeks a Programme Manager to coordinate a strategic digital programme in a complex public-sector setting. You will link business stakeholders, IT teams and external suppliers to ensure requirements, planning, delivery and governance stay aligned throughout the programme lifecycle.

Your role entails gathering needs, coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts, monitoring milestones and managing risks, while driving compliant, fit-for-purpose digital solutions and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum and Lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML and process modelling.
• Experience with MSP and PRINCE2 governance.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or comparable platforms.
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating IT teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience with planning, delivery tracking, risk management, dependencies and reporting.
• Public sector experience is a strong asset.
• Product Owner certification is advantageous.

• Maintain operational docs and support service continuity.
• Act as application owner for access-related activities.
• Support process optimisation and digital transformation across departments.
