ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate a strategic digital programme in Brussels. You will bridge business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers to ensure alignment of requirements, planning, delivery and governance throughout the programme lifecycle.

Responsibilities include gathering business needs, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring milestones, and driving digital solutions while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum and Lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML and process modelling.
• Experience with MSP and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Experience coordinating IT teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience with planning, delivery tracking, risk management and reporting.

ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for aProgram Manager to coordinate and drive a strategic digital programme within a complex public-sector environment in Brussels. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders, IT teams and external suppliers, ensuring that requirements, planning, delivery and governance remain aligned throughout the programme lifecycle.

Your Missions

• Gather, analyse and formalise business needs and requirements in line with programme objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment between business teams, IT teams and external suppliers.
• Plan and monitor activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and deadlines.
• Consolidate workload estimates, costs and resource requirements for developments and software evolutions.
• Drive and monitor the delivery of digital solutions and software adaptations, ensuring quality, timelines and agreed commitments are respected.
• Identify, analyse and monitor risks, issues, dependencies and deviations, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure that delivered solutions are compliant, fit for purpose and aligned with business and customer requirements.
• Contribute to programme governance, reporting and regular communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to service continuity, stability and continuous improvement.
• Act as an application owner for access-related activities and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
• Support process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives across different departments.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience as aProgram Manager or in a comparable programme/project management role.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum and Lean methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML and process modelling.
• Solid experience with programme and project management methodologies such as MSP and PRINCE2.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable digital/business platforms.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating IT teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience with planning, delivery tracking, risk management, dependencies and reporting.
• Experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP solutions and/or software development environments is an asset.
• Experience managing digital platforms serving citizens or public users (CiRM/CMT) is highly valued.
• Previous experience within the public sector is a strong asset.
• A Product Owner certification is an advantage.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Working knowledge of English.
