Job summary

Verbatim Pharma is seeking a high-impact Business Development Director for Comparator Sourcing to lead growth across Europe. You will open new pharma, biotech, CRO and CDMO partnerships, generate RFQs and move them to purchase orders.

With 10–15 years in pharma, you bring hands-on comparator sourcing and clinical trial supply experience, a live cross-border network, and a track record of expanding supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in pharma with hands-on comparator sourcing and clinical trial supply experience.
• Experience in comparator sourcing in senior commercial roles.
• Extensive live network with decision-makers across wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Open and convert new pharma, biotech, CRO and CDMO customers; generate RFQs and move them to purchase orders.
• Expand a network of wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers across Europe; find alternative sources for constrained products.
• Negotiate contracts and framework agreements; represent the business at events and build recurring business through preferred-supplier status.
