You will own high-stakes budgets, balance strategic vision with tactical execution, and drive data-driven growth in a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with enterprise budgets.
• Expert in GA4, GTM, CRM integrations and offline conversions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to narrate data clearly.

Responsabilités

• Architect and oversee full-funnel marketing strategies across search, social, and programmatic networks.
• Own budget allocation and use attribution models to optimize CAC and ROAS.
• Serve as strategic consultant for enterprise accounts with data-driven insights.
• Mentor junior/medior marketers and lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
