MakeWaves is seeking a Medior Performance Marketer in Antwerp to own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns. You will lead the setup, testing, and scale of media buys across search and social networks, driving measurable revenue growth.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to elevate landing page performance and user experience. A competitive Belgian compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of paid media channels, bid management, and tracking architectures (GTM, pixels, UTM).
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving and independence.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.

The skills you bring

• Between 3 and 4 years of proven experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally developed within a fast-paced digital agency environment.
• Solid, hands-on technical knowledge of paid media channels, bid management strategies, and tracking architectures (GTM, pixels, UTM configuration).
• An inherently analytical mind combined with creative problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating independence and a hunger to test new hypotheses.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is strictly required; proficiency in French is considered a strong competitive advantage.
