EMW, Inc. seeks an experienced Penetration Tester to join our on-site team in Belgium.

The role focuses on leading or contributing to Red/Blue team activities for NATO exercises, and delivering comprehensive penetration testing across web, network, and infrastructure domains. The ideal candidate holds an active NATO SECRET clearance and has 3+ years in web and IT infrastructure pentesting, with strong reporting and consultation capabilities.

Competenze

Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
Extensive web application penetration testing experience (3+ years).
Extensive IT infrastructure pentesting experience (3+ years).
Extensive network security architecture design experience (3+ years).
Experience assessing vulnerabilities in OS, software, protocols and networks (3+ years).
Experience researching and evaluating security products & technologies.
System and network administration knowledge (UNIX/Windows).
Proficient with penetration testing tools, techniques and methodologies.
Scripting skills in Perl, Python, Ruby or shell.
Understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and malware protection.

Mansioni

Lead or participate in Red/Blue team activities during NATO exercises.
Conduct web, infrastructure and application penetration testing.
Conduct security design reviews to ensure NATO policy compliance.
Provide security consultancy to projects and plans.
Coordinate with NCIA CCC, Security Accreditation Boards, and NATO authorities.
Present security findings to executive and technical audiences with clear reports.
Coordinate activity with Penetration Testing Cell leadership and stakeholders.
