EMW, Inc. seeks a Penetration Tester to perform web, infrastructure and application level testing in Belgium, contributing to red/blue team exercises and security assessments for NATO-related projects.

The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance and 3+ years in hands-on penetration testing across web apps, networks and infrastructure, with strong reporting and advisory skills for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Currently active NATO SECRET clearance.
• 3+ years in web application penetration testing.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure penetration testing.
• 3+ years in network security architecture design.
• 3+ years in assessing vulnerabilities within OS, software, protocols & networks.
• Knowledge of UNIX and Windows system administration.
• 3+ years using penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Scripting skills in Perl, Python, Ruby or Bash.

Responsabilités

• Lead and/or be part of the Red/Blue Team during NATO military exercises.
• Provide web, infrastructure and application level penetration testing.
• Provide security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies and directives.
• Provide security consultancy and advice to projects, plans, and other entities.
• Build and sustain effective communications with stakeholders (NCIA, Security Boards, NATO authorities).
• Brief executives and technical staff on security reports and testing outcomes.
