EMW in Mons, Belgium is seeking a Penetration Tester to lead and conduct web and infrastructure security testing within NATO frameworks. The role focuses on hands-on testing and security assessments for networks, systems, and applications, with strong risk mitigation emphasis.

You will collaborate with NCIA and NATO authorities to deliver clear technical reports and maintain NATO SECRET clearance. On-site, full-time through 18 November 2026 to 31 December 2026, totaling 400 hours.

Qualifikationen

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• More than 3 years of hands-on web application penetration testing experience.
• More than 3 years of IT infrastructure penetration testing experience.
• More than 3 years of network security architecture design experience.
• More than 3 years of assessing vulnerabilities in OS, software, protocols & networks.
• More than 3 years of researching and evaluating security products & technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead and/or participate in Red/Blue Team activities during NATO exercises.
• Provide web, infrastructure and application penetration testing.
• Conduct security design reviews to ensure NATO policy compliance.
• Provide security consultancy and advisory for projects and plans.
• Coordinate with NCIA CC Board, Security Accreditation Boards and NATO Agencies.
• Present findings and remediation plans to executive and technical audiences.
