EMW, Inc. in Mons, Belgium, seeks a Penetration Tester to join a NATO-focused team. The role is on-site with 100% on-site engagement, leading and participating in Red/Blue Team exercises, and delivering comprehensive tests across web and infrastructure layers.

The candidate must hold an active NATO SECRET clearance and possess 3+ years in web app, IT infrastructure, and network security testing, plus strong reporting and remediation skills for executive and technical audiences.

Qualificações

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• 3+ years in web application pentesting.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure pentesting.
• 3+ years in network security architecture design.
• 3+ years in assessing vulnerabilities in OS, software, protocols & networks.
• 3+ years in evaluating security products & technologies.
• Unix/Windows system administration knowledge.
• Experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Scripting skills in Perl, Python, Ruby or Bash.
• Ability to evaluate risks and write remediation plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and/or be part of Red/Blue Team exercises.
• Provide web, infrastructure and application penetration testing.
• Perform security design reviews for NATO compliance.
• Offer security consultancy to projects and plans.
• Coordinate with NCIA bodies and accreditation authorities.
• Present security findings and remediation plans to varied audiences.
• Collaborate with the Penetration Testing Cell head for stakeholder coordination.
