Job summary

JA Europe is seeking a proactive Senior Development Associate to manage and strengthen existing corporate and foundation partnerships across Europe. You will drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and lead reporting to demonstrate impact and value.

You will collaborate with Education, Communications, Finance and Development teams to ensure successful delivery of programmes and multi-country partnerships, including at large events and across JA’s network.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership management, account management, fundraising, or business development.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and foundations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with proposal and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and secure renewals.
• Coordinate reporting, deliverables, and engagement activities with internal teams.
