TCR Group is expanding its legal function as part of its growth across regions, M&A, and governance. You would be the sole paralegal in a small, growing team, reporting to the Head of Legal, shaping how the function operates as the company grows.

The role involves governance, contracts, insurance, and compliance across jurisdictions, with close collaboration to senior stakeholders in Business, Finance and leadership. English fluency is essential; Dutch or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role.
• Degree in law, business administration, management or similar.

Responsabilités

• Own the registers and trackers for governance, contracts, licenses, litigation, real estate and data protection.
• Occasionally contribute to M&A due diligence, data rooms and post-closing follow-up.
• Prepare board packs, draft resolutions, coordinate signatures and statutory filings across jurisdictions.
• Handle insurance and compliance administration, from claims and renewals to vendor due diligence.
• Keep the legal team organized: correspondence, filing, invoices and meeting minutes.

Senior Paralegal

TCR has been growing into a world leader in ground support equipment, and that growth keeps accelerating: more regions, more entities, business development incl. M&A. Legal has grown in step with it, and under our new Head of Legal it now plays a much bigger role in how the company runs. This position is part of that build-out.

You would be the only paralegal in a small, growing legal team: a senior legal counsel, a legal counsel, an external consultant, and you, all reporting to the Head of Legal. Small enough that what you set up and how you organize it will actually shape how legal works here as the company grows.

This is not a role where everything is already set in stone. There is real structuring work ahead, on top of the ongoing work across corporate governance, M&A, contracts, litigation, insurance, and compliance.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

• Own the registers and trackers that keep the legal function running: corporate governance, contracts, licenses, litigation, real estate, and data protection.
• From time to time be involved in M&A: due diligence, data rooms, and post-closing follow-up.
• Prepare board packs, draft resolutions, and coordinate signatures and statutory filings across jurisdictions.
• Handle insurance and compliance administration, from claims and renewals to vendor due diligence.
• Keep the legal team itself organized: correspondence, filing, invoices, and meeting minutes.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has 7+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role.
• Holds a degree in law, business administration, management, or something similar.
• Can bring order to a lot of moving pieces without losing the details.
• Is comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders across Business, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Is autonomous and proactive. You won't be handed a finished system, but you won't be figuring it out alone either, the Head of Legal and the wider legal team are close by as you build it.
• Is fluent in English. Dutch and French are a strong plus.
