Job summary

Limine, a growing international group, seeks a Senior Paralegal to join its legal team in Zaventem. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be the team’s sole paralegal, combining day-to-day support with the opportunity to shape processes as the business expands.

The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years of paralegal or legal operations experience, a law-related degree, and fluency in English (Dutch and French are strong assets).

Responsibilities

• Maintain registers and trackers covering governance, contracts, licences, litigation, real estate and data protection.
• Support M&A projects through due diligence, data room management and post-closing follow-up.
• Prepare board packs, draft resolutions, and coordinate signatures and statutory filings across jurisdictions.
• Manage insurance and compliance administration, including claims, renewals and vendor due diligence.
• Coordinate legal correspondence, filing, invoices and meeting minutes.

• An autonomous, proactive approach, with the ability to develop processes with support from the wider legal team.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and French are strong assets.
