Job summary

Omnicom Media Belgium seeks a Digital Expert in social media to plan and implement paid social campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize results. You will lead social strategy across client accounts and collaborate with the client team to drive outcomes.

The role requires 2-5 years in social roles, a background in media or paid social campaigns, and strong data skills including Excel and dashboards. Dutch/French plus English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a social expertise role.
• Experience in a media agency or managing substantial paid social campaigns.
• Facebook Blueprint certification in Buying.
• Adept at number crunching, Excel, and dashboard utilization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Business savvy.
• Dutch and/or French speaking and good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Define social media strategies and recommendations for our client base.
• Plan and implement paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with the Facebook pixel, event tracking and the conversion API.
• Natural ability to analyse and optimize campaigns against effective benchmarks and KPI's.
• Proactively make recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
• Communicate with key stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results.
• Work closely with the client team.
