Semetis in Belgium is seeking a Digital Media Consultant (NL) with 2–4 years of experience to drive client strategies and manage key accounts. You will plan, launch, optimize campaigns across SEA, Social, and Programmatic, delivering ROI-focused results.

You will mentor junior colleagues, translate analytics into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of digital trends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising.
• Proven expertise in multiple advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic DSPs, etc.).
• Account management experience: Skilled in managing client expectations and building long-term partnerships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (native or equivalent). English is a must; French is a plus.
• Curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to take ownership of projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage key client accounts: Build trusted relationships, lead client meetings, and act as the main contact.
• Drive strategy and execution: Plan, launch, optimize and analyze multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• Oversee project management: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables across teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues: Support Digital Business Analysts in their learning path.
• Leverage data-driven insights: Translate analytics into actionable recommendations and identify opportunities.
