Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer based in Belgium to create visual assets for paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok. You will drive the creative process from concept to final delivery, collaborating with a startup team and applying your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to ensure high quality, pixel-perfect work.

You bring a strong portfolio of social ad design, a performance-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with Figma.
• Proven experience designing assets for paid social advertising campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design for digital advertising.
• Interest in startup ecosystem and understanding of market dynamics and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual assets for paid social advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Participate in the entire creative process from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Interpret briefs and collaborate to understand design requirements, objectives, and deadlines.
• Produce polished, pixel-perfect designs with attention to typography and composition.
• Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables; guide file organization and asset management.
• Contribute ideas to improve concepts and campaign effectiveness; inform decisions with KPI insights.
• Stay updated on visual trends and social media formats relevant to digital advertising.
