Keystone Solutions seeks a Senior Operational Readiness Stream Lead to drive end-to-end readiness for a major client project in Belgium. You will coordinate cross-functional activities across Operations, Finance and IT to ensure a smooth transition of portfolios and maintain service levels.

The role requires deep knowledge of Belgian life insurance operations, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership in readiness programs. English, Dutch and/or French fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in cross-functional readiness programs for large-scale changes.
• Deep knowledge of Belgian life insurance operations and policy administration.
• Proven migration, cutover and hypercare delivery capabilities.
• Experience in designing processes, controls and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a detailed readiness plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Lead impact and gap assessments across Operations, Finance and IT.
• Define operational requirements and acceptance criteria for testing.
• Design the target organization and assess staffing impacts.
• Coordinate cutover activities and ensure business continuity plans.
• Report milestones, readiness indicators and risks to stakeholders.
