• Establish effective governance and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate risks, facilitate decision-making, and secure the achievement of objectives.
• Prepare governance meetings, including SteerCo, Management Reviews, and Portfolio Reviews, and ensure that decisions are followed up.
• Provide a clear view of progress and ensure that the expected results are achieved.
