Keystone Solutions seeks a Senior Operational Readiness Stream Lead to drive end-to-end readiness for a major client project in Belgium. You will coordinate cross-functional activities across Operations, Finance and IT to ensure a smooth transition of portfolios and maintain service levels.

The role requires deep knowledge of Belgian life insurance operations, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership in readiness programs. English, Dutch and/or French fluency is preferred.

• Proven migration, cutover and hypercare delivery capabilities.
• Experience in designing processes, controls and acceptance criteria.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Operational Readiness Stream Lead to join our consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end operational readiness for a significant project, ensuring that all impacted internal functions can effectively manage and support the transition of various portfolios. This position emphasizes the importance of converting complex changes into executable processes while maintaining compliance and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a detailed readiness plan, including milestones and dependencies.
• Lead impact and gap assessments across multiple functions including Operations, Finance, and IT.
• Define operational requirements and acceptance criteria for testing.
• Design the target organization and assess staffing impacts.
• Coordinate cutover activities and ensure business continuity plans are in place.
• Report on milestones, readiness indicators, and risks.

Expected Profile:

• Strong knowledge of Belgian life insurance operations and policy administration.
• Experience with portfolio migrations and business continuity transitions.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Azure DevOps, and other relevant tools.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional business readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in operational readiness or transformation.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French.
