Keystone Solutions in Belgium seeks a Senior Project Manager (consultant) to lead end-to-end software delivery projects within the Operational Planning & Competencies domain, working closely with client teams and stakeholders.

You will own scope, schedule, budget and quality, apply established PM frameworks, and provide meticulous reporting across functional, architectural and business-process dimensions, while on-site two days per week.

Qualifications

• Onsite in Belgium 2 days a week.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
• 5+ years of experience as a project manager for software delivery projects.
• 3+ years of experience in agile/scrum delivery teams.
• 3+ years of experience in the Railway Industry.
• 1+ year in Planning Systems within the Railway industry.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and validate stakeholder inputs and scope with boards.
• Define staffing needs and develop solution strategy and implementation plan.
• Monitor and manage project progress after core parameter validation.
• Own project at all levels (functional, architectural, financial, business processes).

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered through Keystone Solutions. As a Senior Project Manager (consultant), you will work with our client within the delivery unit Operational Planning & Competencies. You will be responsible for one or several projects from end to end, managing scope, time, budget, and quality in the domain of Operational Planning & Competencies. You will contribute to the client?s digitalization and create the right values to prepare the client for an efficient and performant future. You will perform all responsibilities below as a Keystone Solutions consultant, working closely with the client?s teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Although the core of the project's scope is already well defined, some epics are to be evaluated. As project manager you will oversee and value all stakeholders' needs and consolidate the inputs towards a scope validation by the relevant boards.
• You will define your project's staffing needs and with the team you will work out the solution strategy as well as the implementation plan.
• After validation of core project parameters at the final gate you will monitor and manage the implementation progress.
• Thanks to your day to day ownership you understand the project at all levels, whether it would be functional, architectural, financial, from a business process point of view you own the project and are meticulous in your reporting.
• As a Leader, you will demonstrate and promote company values known as PRO'S: Professionalism, Respect, Openness to entrepreneurship, Sense of collaboration.
• Perform all the above under Keystone Solutions? consultancy model, collaborating with the client?s teams and stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.

Conformity Criteria:

• You need to be onsite (Belgium) 2 days a week.
• You possess professional proficiency in Dutch, French as well as English.
• You have 5+ years of experience as a project manager for Software delivery projects.
• You have 3+ years of experience in agile / scrum delivery teams.
• You have 3+ years of experience in the Railway Industry.
• You have 1+ year of experience in the Planning System within the Railway industry.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in applying appropriate project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PM?8, PMBOK, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile) to plan, manage, monitor and deliver complex IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement.

Consultancy Model:

• This role is a consultancy engagement executed through Keystone Solutions, operating on-site at the client?s location in Belgium two days per week and collaborating closely with client stakeholders.
• You will deliver the responsibilities and requirements listed above as a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded within the client?s Operational Planning & Competencies domain.
