BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation for Financial Institutions to drive transformation programs for banks and insurers. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and co-facilitate workshops with subject matter experts to align solutions with strategic goals.

You will coordinate cross-team activities and support PMs to advance solutions, working in a dynamic, client-focused environment in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a consultant or in financial services with banking/insurance knowledge a plus.
• Native-level proficiency in Dutch and French, with fluent business English.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of driving impact.

Responsabilités

• Support transformation for financial institutions across Operations in Banking & Insurance, Customer & Commercial Services, and Finance Transformation.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvements, and define requirements aligned with client strategy.
• Facilitate workshops with SMEs to gather requirements and key dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across teams and support project/program managers to push solutions forward.
• Work on initiatives in Daily Banking, Lending, Invest and Insurance context.
