ITProposal is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support across desktop, mobile, and meeting room environments in Brussels. This 6-month engagement starts ASAP and requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience.

You will troubleshoot Windows devices, manage Microsoft 365 apps, support iOS/Android devices, and handle device enrollment with Intune. Strong communication and incident management using ServiceNow are essential.

Formación

• Experience in end-user IT support across desktop, mobile, and meeting room environments.
• Strong troubleshooting of Windows devices, apps, and OS issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook and Teams.
• Experience provisioning and managing devices with Intune or similar MDM.
• Familiarity with meeting room technologies and Teams Rooms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
• Perform device installations, replacements, upgrades, and asset management.
• Support Apple iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
• Configure email, Teams, VPN, and mobile apps.
• Manage device enrollment through Intune or other MDM solutions.
• Support Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment.
• Troubleshoot meeting room displays, cameras, and audio devices.
• Perform pre-meeting checks and provide executive meeting support when required.
• Coordinate with AV vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Provide onsite technical support to infrastructure, network, security, server, and workplace teams.
• Perform cable patching, equipment installation, and connectivity checks.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain asset and CMDB records.
• Participate in site audits and technology refresh projects.
