dear digital is seeking an Odoo Solution Architect to guide clients through successful Odoo implementations and digital transformations. You will architect ERP solutions, align technical roadmaps with business goals, and ensure integration with external systems while maintaining architectural integrity.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Odoo experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Odoo experience.
Deep knowledge of Odoo data models, API, Studio, and architectural limitations.
Experience with ERP architectures and enterprise solutions.
Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex technical decisions to stakeholders.
Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsabilités

Architect the ERP solution by optimizing Odoo's standard functionality and identifying valuable custom development.
Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and scalable software designs.
Assess integration needs with external systems (PIM, WMS, OMS, CRM, etc.).
Work with developers and consultants to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with business expectations.
Conduct discovery workshops to map business needs, IT infrastructure, and integration requirements.
Identify risks/opportunities early and collaborate with sales to maximize client value.
Advise on the best Odoo setup (multi-company, multi-currency, hosting strategies).
