Job summary

Agitech, a service IT company focused on Odoo solutions, is looking for a Medior Odoo Business Analyst to join our Brussels team onsite. You will work with clients to understand processes, translate requirements, and define the strategy between standard and custom Odoo implementations.

You’ll lead projects from inception to delivery, collaborate with developers, and ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes while delivering compelling demos to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Higher.
• Work permit and residence in Belgium; onsite full-time role.
• Perfect written and spoken English.
• Odoo knowledge or Odoo functional certification.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the center of every project. You’ll work closely with our clients to understand their business, spot opportunities for improvement, and turn those insights into efficient Odoo solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze client businesses and identify performance levers
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements (including GAAP & ROI)
• Define the right strategy: standard vs. custom, scalable, and best-practice driven
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Deliver what’s promised, on time and within budget
• Work closely with developers to build custom solutions
• Challenge the status quo and propose smarter ways of working

Responsibilities

• Lead the entireproject from inception to delivery
• Ensure delivery of projects within time and budgets
• Qualify the customer needs
• Communicate directly to clients
• Master demos of our software

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• A work permit and a residence in Belgium (this is an onsite full time role)
• Passion for software products
• Perfect writtenand spoken English
