onetowin is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contract Transition Lead to support the Monarch program and the disentanglement of shared contracts between two companies. You will analyse the contract landscape, identify transition opportunities, and drive standalone agreements.

The role requires legal and commercial contract expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently in a complex environment. Experience in telecoms or utilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of contracts, legal terminology and contractual risk assessment.
• Proven experience leading complex analysis or transition projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and supplier environments.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Experience within telecom or utilities is considered a plus but is not required.

Responsabilités

• Analyse the existing contract portfolio shared between two companies.
• Assess contractual structures and identify opportunities for migration to standalone agreements.
• Prioritise contracts based on business criticality and strategic importance.
• Define transition strategies and recommendations for contract separation.
• Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future business needs and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external parties regarding contract transfers, renegotiations and new agreements.
• Support contract drafting and negotiations where required.
• Deliver a complete contract assessment and prioritisation framework.
• Initiate and manage the first wave of contract transfers before year-end.
• Report progress and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders
