Job summary

Craftzing Group seeks a senior .NET/C# software engineer to build and launch digital platforms in a hybrid Belgium-based setting. The role calls for architectural leadership, robust design, and close collaboration with business teams while delivering high-quality software.

You will lead development, ensure scalable and secure solutions, and mentor others in an Agile environment. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven senior .NET/C# development experience.
• Expert in C# and the .NET ecosystem with Blazor.
• Strong API design experience (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with CQRS and system integration.
• Hands-on with EF, LINQ, and relational databases (Postgres/Azure SQL).
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure services and cloud apps.
• Proficient with version control and CI/CD basics.
• Experience incorporating AI tooling into workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a hybrid environment.
• English fluency; Dutch a plus; Belgium-based.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, high-performance .NET applications that stand up to real-world load.
• Design and implement clean, modular and efficient software solutions.
• Take ownership of the robustness and architecture of the application, designing for scalability, security and performance from the start.
• Make and defend sound architecture decisions, and anticipate how systems need to scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients in a hybrid work environment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, and set the technical direction for the team.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
