Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior software developer to build production-grade software in a modern cloud and DevOps environment. You will focus on microservices and web applications within an Agile team prioritizing technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include translating business requirements into designs, developing and maintaining apps, resolving incidents, and participating in Agile ceremonies. Dutch native speakers preferred; hybrid work in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development with C# and .NET Core.
• 5+ years cloud development on Azure (API Management, App Service, Service Fabric).
• 3+ years frontend development with Angular 2+.
• Experience with Web API, REST, WCF, and SOAP.
• Native Dutch speaker.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional analyses and detailed technical designs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications and microservices.
• Resolve technical incidents and problems within agreed service levels.
• Perform unit testing and support integration, system, and acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
• Apply internal IT standards and contribute to knowledge sharing within the development team.
