Rhox in Belgium is seeking a senior developer and tech lead to build a scalable business platform using .NET and Azure, working with AI agents that write, test and refactor code while you retain control over architecture, security and quality.
You will lead technical reviews, guide developers, and ensure robust platform design, scalability, and reliable delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Qualificações
- Strong .NET and C# development experience.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
- DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker and containerisation.
- Knowledge of frontend development with Angular.
- AI coding tools used on real projects, with critical assessment of generated code.
- Technical leadership experience covering code reviews, coaching and technical analysis.
- Ability to solve complex problems and stay focused under pressure.
- Independent working, knowledge sharing and a proactive approach to improvements.
- Dutch, C1.

- French, C1.

- Develop scalable applications with .NET and Azure.
- Turn business and domain questions into technical analyses and specifications.
