Johnson & Johnson Geel site is seeking an MSAT Sr. Manager for Plant 4 to drive technical excellence, process engineering, and portfolio performance. The role leads a Geel-based MSAT team, coordinating resources and ensuring alignment with global MSAT strategy.

You will oversee process improvements, technology transfers, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Production, and data teams, advancing digitalization and data analytics initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in chemical engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of API manufacturing.
• Interest in data analytics and chemical synthesis.
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• English and Dutch language skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Geel-based process engineers and represent MSAT for Plant 4.
• Act as single point of contact for all MSAT activities in Plant 4.
• Provide resources and technical leadership to deliver MSAT services and site goals.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections in partnership with Quality.
• Collaborate with production on project oversight and day-to-day support.
• Monitor process performance through Continuous Process Verification (CPV).
• Work with MSAT leads to optimize performance and share knowledge.
• Translate MSAT/SM DS strategy into site-team goals and actions.
• Collaborate with global technology, data and development teams for innovations.
• Drive digitalization, data initiatives, and new reporting tools.
• Create a dynamic, cross-functional team with site-wide flexibility.
• Support the introduction of data analytics tools and digital twins.
• Provide leadership across the Geel site and program portfolio.
