Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an MSAT Sr. Manager for Plant 4 at the Geel site to drive technical excellence, portfolio performance, and lifecycle management.

Lead cross-functional MSAT activities, coordinate process engineering resources, and ensure successful technology transfer and optimization. You will partner with Quality and Production, oversee complex investigations, and push digitalization efforts, including data analytics, reporting, and CPV-driven improvement programs,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in chemical engineering or process technology, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Solid understanding of API manufacturing; strong data analytics interest.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Geel-based process engineers to represent MSAT for Plant 4.
• Act as single MSAT contact for Plant 4 scope.
• Provide resources, strategic and technical leadership to deliver MSAT services for Geel Plant 4.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections with Quality.
• Partner with production for project oversight and daily support.
• Monitor CPV-driven process and product performance.
• Collaborate with global tech owners to design optimized synthesis processes.
• Drive digitalization and data initiatives, including reporting tools and digital twins.
