Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to bolster asset performance at Geel, Belgium. You will join the GET Maintenance & Reliability team at our Geel API manufacturing site, delivering reliable operations in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline; strong technical foundation in manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management, or related field; GMP-regulated experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, maintenance optimization, and lifecycle management; RCA, FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance.
• Excellent collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality; proficient in Excel and CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo); analytics tools advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and facilitate complex equipment failure investigations to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Analyze maintenance, operational and process data to identify reliability trends and translate insights into asset improvement strategies and capital investment proposals.
• Drive optimization of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve availability and lifecycle performance.
• Develop and implement technical improvement initiatives across the site and represent the Maintenance & Reliability team in multidisciplinary project teams.
