Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Geel site finance team. You will partner with site leaders to drive financial planning, cost management, and performance analysis, influencing strategic decisions and investments.

You will own forecasting cycles, coordinate quarterly closes, and provide actionable insights across manufacturing and supply chain, leveraging SAP, TM1, Anaplan, and BI tools to improve speed, accuracy and decision support.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant finance experience in a multinational environment; experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and management reporting with ability to link operational drivers to financial outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to functional leaders, providing forward-looking analysis and insights.
• Own financial performance management for assigned areas, including operating expenses and headcount.
• Lead planning and forecasting cycles (Annual Business Plan and quarterly updates).
• Coordinate quarterly close and management reporting with the Finance team.
• Support investment decisions through financial modelling and business cases.
• Drive standard costing and cost improvement opportunities; analyze product costs and variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams on site initiatives and transformation programs.
• Drive automation and control improvements in finance processes and reporting.
