Elia Group is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the EL.AI platform, guiding the lifecycle of AI models from build through deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate with the AI Architect and Product Owner to define how to implement scalable, secure, and production-ready features across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, cloud, or data engineering with at least 5 years delivering AI/ML in production.
• Experience designing, building and operating platforms used across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the EL.AI technical roadmap by evaluating AI capabilities into scalable platform features.
• Drive design, development and evolution of the EL.AI platform with focus on scalability and reliability.
• Develop reusable frameworks, templates and pipelines to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
• Translate architectural principles into concrete implementation patterns and governance.
