Faktion & Crius Group in Belgium is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of enterprise AI solutions. You will implement existing models and contribute to building custom models, leveraging ML expertise to improve customer efficiency and profitability.

You will guide junior engineers, translate client needs into technical roadmaps, develop production-ready Python pipelines in the cloud, assess new ML tools, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects as tech lead, guiding junior colleagues and shaping technical offerings.
• Translate customer business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Develop production-ready Python pipelines and ML models in the Cloud.
• Investigate latest ML research and drive internal assessment of new tools and frameworks.
• Ensure high-quality completion of projects managed by your team.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior ML engineers.
• Conduct workshops for clients to showcase knowledge and skills.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying and securing new projects.
