Takeda in Brussels, Belgium is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as a scientific authority and primary medical interface with external medical communities. You will execute Takeda’s medical strategy, manage KOL relationships, and relay high-value field insights to guide strategy.

Advanced scientific degrees are required, plus 60-70% travel. You will engage across omnichannel platforms, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to evidence-generation

Competenze

• Advanced scientific degree required (PhD, PharmD or MD preferred; MSc acceptable).
• Field medical (MSL) experience is required or highly preferred.
• Strong scientific communication, digital/analytical and omnichannel engagement skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement territory-specific scientific engagement plans aligned with product launch goals and therapeutic-area strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders, communicating Takeda’s scientific and clinical value.
• Capture and relay structured, high-value insights from HCPs to guide medical strategy and optimise field activities.
• Articulate the scientific value proposition of products in patient-focused, accessible terms (patient-centric storytelling).
• Represent Medical Affairs at scientific events, advisory boards and investigator meetings; support evidence generation initiatives.
