Qualificações

• Advanced scientific degree required (PhD, PharmD or MD preferred; MSc acceptable).
• Proven field medical (MSL) experience, ideally in competitive specialty markets.
• Strong scientific communication, digital/analytical and omnichannel engagement skills.
• Proficiency in English (regional languages an asset); travel up to 60-70%).
• Full understanding of the regulatory, legal and ethical framework for non-promotional engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop territory-specific scientific engagement plans aligned with product goals.
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and stakeholders, communicating scientific value.
• Capture and relay insights from HCPs to guide medical strategy and field activities.
• Articulate scientific value propositions in patient-centric terms.
• Represent Medical Affairs at scientific events, advisory boards and investigator meetings.
• Use CRM systems, analytics and AI-powered platforms to tailor scientific engagements.
• Ensure all interactions comply with Takeda's policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain advanced therapeutic-area and product knowledge, focusing on external engagement.
