Job summary

MCI Group in Belgium is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator on a freelance, long-term basis to support international association clients across conferences, educational programmes, membership initiatives and community-building campaigns. The role requires strong writing, content creation for email/web/social and hands-on campaign execution.

You’ll manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal teams including event project groups, and ensure brand consistency with GDPR

Qualifications

• Around 4–5 years’ hands-on experience in marketing and communications
• Experience in multi-client, association, membership or events environments
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with ability to adapt tone for audiences
• Experience delivering email, web and social media campaigns end-to-end
• Proficient with email marketing platforms, CMS tools and audience segmentation
• Canva proficiency for day-to-day marketing materials
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for multiple association clients
• Create content across email, websites, social media and other digital channels
• Develop campaign messaging and adapt content for different audiences
• Build and send email campaigns and manage audience segmentation
• Keep websites and digital channels up to date via CMS
• Support marketing of conferences, webinars and membership programmes
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure on-brand delivery
• Track performance and derive actionable insights for improvements
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across clients
