MCI Group in Belgium is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator on a freelance basis. You will plan and execute integrated campaigns across associations and events, deliver compelling content, and manage multi‑client projects with tight deadlines.

This remote EU‑based role requires strong copywriting, email marketing, CMS and Canva skills, plus the ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver insights that drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Around 4-5 years of hands-on marketing and communications experience.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills for different audiences and channels.
• Experience delivering email, web and social media campaigns from start to finish.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple association clients and projects.
• Create and manage content across email, websites, social media and other digital channels.
• Develop campaign messaging and adapt content for different audiences and channels.
• Build and send email campaigns, manage audience segmentation and support database-driven communications.
• Keep websites and other digital channels accurate and up to date through CMS platforms.
• Support the marketing of conferences, webinars, membership programmes and other association activities.
• Track campaign performance and draw insights to recommend improvements.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines across several clients.
