Job summary

ICF Belgium is seeking a seasoned events logistics professional to support international conferences and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution of in-person and virtual events.

You will work with civil society networks and local authorities, manage contracts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, with English and French at C1 level; Spanish a plus.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to policy dialogues and EU initiatives from our Belgium remote office BE99.

Qualifications

• At least a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in event management or 3 years of work experience in logistics organisation and managing events.
• C1 level of English and French; Spanish at B2 is an asset.
• At least 7 years of experience in logistics organisation of international conferences and events.

• Manage logistical coordination for international conferences and events, including contracting of services and invoicing.
