Job summary

MCI Group is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our Brussels team. You will plan and deliver corporate events from briefing through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up, coordinating logistics, registrations, suppliers and client communications.

The role emphasizes multi-project management, strong supplier relationships and delivering high-quality events with GDPR-compliant data handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event management, corporate events, conferences or related fields.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing and supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate events from brief to onsite execution and wrap-up.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines and budgets.
• Source venues, caterers, transportation and other suppliers.
• Coordinate registration, attendee databases and reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive solutions.
