Job summary

KPMG Belgium is seeking a (Senior) Manager for CFO Advisory, focusing on Enterprise Performance Management and FP&A. You will work with CFOs to enhance planning, forecasting and reporting, driving performance through data and technology.

The role involves leading transformation programs, collaborating with Partners and Directors, and coaching junior professionals while expanding client engagements in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Manager: 6-9 years of relevant experience in finance management consulting, EPM, FP&A or related field.
• Senior Manager: 9+ years of relevant experience with proven transformation leadership.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, Integrated Business Planning, KPI frameworks, and finance analytics.
• Experience with OneStream, Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client delivery, business development, practice growth and talent development.
• Lead EPM and FP&A transformation initiatives combining finance, AI and technology.
• Help design integrated planning processes and KPI-driven reporting.
• Support clients in leveraging analytics, automation and AI for insights.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and grow the practice.
