EY Belgium is expanding its Data & AI practice and seeking a Senior Manager – AI & Data to shape strategy, governance and delivery with C-level partners. You will lead major transformations, design scalable AI architectures and build value through credible advisory and hands-on engineering leadership.

Join a dynamic, collaborative team working across AI, data, cloud and governance to deliver strategic outcomes for clients, while developing talent and expanding EY’s AI offerings in the market.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in AI, Data consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the credibility to challenge architecture and delivery choices.
• Practical knowledge across Generative AI, GenAI, AI Agents, prompt engineering, MLOps or LLMOps.
• Experience with Data Engineering, Data Architecture, data products, governance, quality and APIs.

Responsabilités

• Lead major AI Transformation, Digital Transformation and Data & AI programmes with business value.
• Define AI Strategy, Data Strategy, target operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI and Data architectures, cloud-native platforms, APIs, streaming and event-driven patterns.
• Oversee solution design, prototypes and engineering decisions across Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps and LLMOps.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across AI Engineering, Data Engineering, architecture and governance.
• Grow the business by building client relationships and expanding EY offerings.
