Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Planning Specialist for R&D Operations in Belgium. The role focuses on planning the Pack & Label and Distribution of patient kits and drug products to meet FPI dates and dosing targets, within budget.

You will collaborate across cSOP, P&L, and distribution teams to ensure timely, compliant supply chains. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in clinical demand/supply planning, APICS certification is a plus, and strong analytical and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with 4–6 years in clinical supply planning or related area.
• APICS certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GxP and regulatory requirements is essential.
• Experience with planning systems (OMP, SAP) and data analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan DP, Kit Supply and Distribution to meet FPI dates and DSO targets.
• Configure planning systems and master data for distribution networks.
• Manage trial supply budgets and coordinate with Logistics.
• Develop supply strategies and adapt plans to protocol changes.
• Lead cross-functional activities in cS&OP meetings and risk reviews.
