Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Beerse site is seeking an individual contributor to plan pack & label and distribution for patient kits and DP/API, ensuring on-time delivery for FPI targets. The role emphasizes large, complex trials and cross-functional collaboration within cSOP and P&L processes.

You will work with OMP, SAP, and budget ownership, while advancing continuous improvement initiatives and delivering robust supply chain plans across global trials.

Qualifications

• University or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• APICS certificate in Production and Inventory Management preferred.
• General knowledge of GxP principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan DP, Kit Supply and inventory to meet FPI date and patient dose targets.
• Configure planning systems (OMP, SAP) and manage budgets with Logistics.
• Develop supply strategies and adapt to protocol changes.
• Support demand planning and ensure accurate forecasts in OMP.
• Conduct risk analysis and escalate study risks via cSOP.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvements.
