EY-Parthenon in Diegem is seeking a Strategy and Transactions Consultant focused on financial services. You will work within a SAT team to deliver strategic due diligences, market assessments and growth strategies for banking, insurance, and asset management clients.

You will collaborate with transactions teams across Europe, shaping business cases and advising clients through complex strategic choices. Global mobility and a dynamic learning culture are part of EY.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in strategy advisory or corporate strategy within financial institutions.
• Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to client projects in financial services with multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify strategic opportunities, risks and issues for clients.
• Prepare client meetings and project proposals, and support business development.
• Act as first-line contact for financial services clients and maintain relationships.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and drive quality in the department.
