EY-Parthenon in Belgium is seeking a Junior Consultant in Transactions and Corporate Finance to start in October 2027. You will be staffed across sectors, gaining exposure to due diligence, valuation, decision modeling and M&A while building a broad foundation in advisory services.

You will work within a dynamic team, leveraging AI trends, and contribute to high-impact client engagements across buy- and sell-side processes, with strong emphasis on financial analysis and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Master’s student or Master’s diploma in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or Commercial Sciences.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong affinity with AI and interest in applying AI trends in a professional context.
• Ability to think in solutions and interest in transaction and corporate finance.
• Fluent in Dutch with excellent English written and spoken skills.
• Born team player, curious, and results-oriented; available from October 2027.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth research on specific companies and sectors in Belgium and abroad.
• Prepare prospection and contribute to pitches.
• Help prepare information memoranda, teasers and marketing materials.
• Assist in live sell- and buy-side M&A processes.
• Support client negotiations and purchase price adjustments.
• Analyze balance sheet components and valuation issues; identify risks in transactions.
• Support valuation engagements for management planning, reporting, tax and regulatory compliance.
